Handcrafted at the Bushwick Grill Club HQ, these cheese spreads represent years of culinary research and decades of beer drinking. Granted, for our launch, we’re actually going with our non-alcoholic flagship, Pimento At Work, but rest assured we are diligently drinking local beer, combining it with curated cheeses, and spreading the results on house-made bagel chips. So, while you can only get our legendary pimento cheese at this time, we suggest signing up for the mailing list so you don’t miss future releases.
PIMENTO AT WORK
The cheese that’s starting it all. South Carolina meets Brooklyn via Bushwick with a cheese spread like no other. We start with traditional Southern pimento cheese, add our Rock Candy Jalapenos, and a few secret ingredients to create a decadent queso pimiento.
Our current sizes are 8 and 16 ounces, made to order, and available for pick-up in the Bushwick/Ridgewood area. We also deliver in the North Brooklyn/Lower Manhattan area and encourage Cheeses Of Subeerbia fans to group delivery orders among friends if possible.
